The vision behind YM17

Yuber Mosquera is the founder and head coach of YM17SoccerAcademy.

With more than 20 years of experience in professional soccer, Yuber has dedicated a large part of his life to the development of the sport, first as a player and now as a coach. Throughout his journey, he has understood that the true impact of a coach is not only measured by developing better players, but also by helping children and young players build confidence, discipline, respect, teamwork, and habits that will benefit them throughout life.

With this vision, YM17SoccerAcademy was created: a place where every child and young player can learn, improve, and enjoy soccer in a safe, positive, and motivating environment, recognizing the process and growth of each player.

Every training session is designed to develop technical skills, game intelligence, coordination, confidence, and values through dynamic, organized, and age-appropriate activities.

Yuber’s commitment is to provide a professional training experience where every player feels supported, motivated, and has the opportunity to progress and reach their full potential.
